Guardiana operates this online store through Shopify. We may update these terms at any time; the version published on this page is the one in effect.

2. Products

We do our best to display products, colors and descriptions accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Our products are sound-and-light personal alarms; they are not weapons and do not replace adult supervision or help from emergency services.

3. Responsible use

The alarm is very loud. It should not be activated near the ear or used as a toy. Not recommended for young children because it contains small parts. Use of the product is the buyer's responsibility.

4. Prices and payments

Prices may change without notice. Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud or lack of availability, with a full refund.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, published in this store.

6. Limitation of liability

Guardiana is not responsible for indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of the products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
