90-day guarantee

At Guardiana we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You have 90 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Requirements:

- The product must be in good condition, with all its parts and packaging.

- You must contact us before sending any return. Returns sent without prior approval are not accepted.

How to request it:

Email us at get_guardiana@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason. We'll reply with instructions and the return address.

Return shipping cost:

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the product arrives defective, damaged or incorrect.

Defective, damaged or incorrect products:

Contact us with a photo of the product and we'll fix it with a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. The refund is issued to the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
